Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana
the city council has enacted an ordiance to close all after hour venues by 2am with no notice to the owners of these venues. These owners have customers of whom have paid deposits to to book their after hour functions.What are their rights?

You are under an obligation to abide by the law as do your customers. There functions will have to end at the legal time.
