Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana
I am the defendant in this case, I filed a petition for injunctive relief and TRO. I received an Order stating: It is Ordered that the executory process and writ of seizure as previously prayed for by plaintiff is Vacated. What does that mean, does it mean that my vehicle that was seized be returned to me. It never went to sheriff sale and the Keeper is the Sheriff department. What do I need to do next?

That is what it sounds like. What the Order is stating is that the Court's previous Order (which previously granted the plaintiff's request for seizure) has now been overturned and thrown out by the Court.
