Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana
I got detained for a bench warrant for failure to appear child support that was satisfied 2 months ago for 3 days.When I finally spoke with the Clerk of Courts office they said it was an oversite.Can I sue for Defamation of Character and False Imprisonment?
