HHow does a marriage annulment work in new Orleans, what reasons do u need to get one

There are very few cases where a marriage will be annulled in Louisiana. There must have been some vice of consent, mistake, or legal impediment to the marraige at the time the marriage contract was formed, such as a bigamous marriage. In any event, you will definitely need an attorney for an annulment, as they are much more complicated than a normal divorce, so my best advice is to hire a local attorney.
