Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana
Can my husband put his prescribed adderal in a monday-sunday pill container and take it with him to work or in public legally? I dont know exactly what area of law this would be under.

Yes. However, he should keep a copy of his prescription, or the bottle they came in, or some other proof that the medication was prescribted to hom, on his person or with the pills. If he is stopped or otherwise found with prescription drugs on his person and doesn't have proof that the prescription is his (which is the reason it is best to keep the pills in the bottle), he could get a ticket and possibly even be taken to jail. Once he showed that the pills were prescribed to him, those charges would be dismissed, but he'd still get the ticket and maybe would have spent time in jail by then, if he didn't have the prescription/bottle with him.
