Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana
my husband and sons civil rights were violated
on july 5th my thirteen yearold was picked up by the police and interrogated for throwing fire works into a local bar and restarant theytried to make him say he did it buthe didnt he hs a alibi 2 days later theypick up my husband for the same thing they told him if he didnt confess they would arrest our son so he did. my husband was on pain pills for a recent injury and he had been drinking he was not in the right mind during he interrogation now he is being charged with aggervated arson the state fire marshall is the one pushing this. it was 2 juviniles that did it and they know about them what can i do to get my husband out of this ?we have five kids and it has taken a toll on them. please help

You need a good attorney. Personally, I am always very skeptical of someone who "confesses" to something they did not do.
