invasion of privacy by deep pocket companies

Is it legal for a company to pull up all of your text messages on your own personal phone, or should some type of release of information should have been needed or at least let the person know she is about to be interrogated

They cannot do that on your personal phone unless you use that phone for business and you have agreed to it in your employment.
