Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana
Can I kick my son off my land if he has lived there for over 7 years? I want him to take his trailer and have it moved he doesn\'t pay me anything. He told me that I can\'t kick him off my land because his trailer has sat on my property for over seven years. .if I can kick him off how do I go about doing that. Please help

You can kick him out. You can file an eviction (rule for possession). You will need to send a five-day vacate notice first.
