Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana

Legal Harassment and Slander

My ex and his wife are trying to prevent me from talking to my children, they have placed an injunction for protection on me in which it was dismissed and then they placed another temporary one and are making false allogations and have even posted Myspace profile about me in a derrogitory way using my kids pics on the site and part of my myspace user name. Should I file a false report, deflamation of character or Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress on them. And which one if not all three? They live in Florida and I in Louisiana as some laws are different state to state.

Re: Legal Harassment and Slander

You should do something. Using the Internet to spread false information about someone is a federal and state offense. But you need someone to check it out for you.
