is it legal for a 17 yr old male to have sex with 19 yr old female?? also ....17 yr old male lives with mother and 19 year old female gets pregnant for him. who is responsible for the child support the boy or his mother in louisiana

Is it legal? It is not a crime for a 17 yr old to have sex with a 19 yr. old. The boy owes the child support, not the mother.
