If he wants visitation, you can petition the court to make that visitation supervised if there is some reason for the need for supervision. Her age and his (I assume) lack of knowledge of how to care for such a small child would probably be enough for now to make any visitation supervised. However, if what you are asking is can the courts force him to see the child (i.e., he doesn't want to see the child and you want to force him to see her), the courts can't do that. Unfortunately, the courts cannot make someone be a dad. They can force him to pay child support, but nobody can force him to be a part of his child's life aside from that.

Do not use your child as a weapon against anyone; do not talk bad about the child's family (specifically including the child's mother or father) in front of the child; and do not take any anger you have at anyone else out on your child.
