Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana

my mail box was loose and I called the company that instaled for me. they told me if the pole is broken I have to pay but if it's a loose I don't have too. Th eworker came and just dig it again ( pole was not broken) after 2 weeks they asking me to pay and told me that it doesn't matter theissue was, I have to pay the worker trip. I was mad about they scam and attitude and refused to pay, they tolda me that they will sue me and lean my house ( by the way I dont have any contarct or document between them)

I could not help but notice that this came under the subject CIVIL RIGHTS law.....any reason for that? I am not sure why you needed a company to tighten up your mailbox, but what are they charging you for the work? Is it worth a trip to court? If so, then tell the court your story and let the judge decide.
