Mixed up Charges
My fiance' is in jail for a probation violation, but it is being investigated, If the charges turn out to be false is there anything i can do for the time he has served?

Not really. Probation is an early release from jail under conditions set by the state. The person on probation is technically still doing jail time, just released on his own recognizance during the probation period. People on probation do not have the same rights as other citizens. They can be sent back to jail for any violation and can be sent there pending investigation of a violation.
