Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana

My Mother was given an Act of Habitation to occupy my home. Her husband was not included in the aggreement so in retaliation he is distroying the house by not keeping up the property and allowing large invasive plants that he planted to grow out of control and allowing the large plants break up the brick planter and foundation. He painted over the kitchen cabinets without my knowledge and built a wood deck against my wishes. My question is, "Do I have the right to evict?" I have sent a notice to vacate and they have been served a formal eviction notice and they will not respond and refusing to leave as the agreement says my mother has the right to live in my house until she dies or sooner on failure to comply. I would think this situation falls under failure to comply. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you

If you gave her usufruct over the home, that is use for life. You can sue her for failing to preserve the property and the court may order her to move.
