Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana
I currently moved with my fiance and child to stay with his mother in Louisiana.
His name and her name are on the lease, mine is not.
His mother is trying to kick me out because she doesnt like me. Can she legally do thar after I have been livimg here for more then 30 days

She certainly can't right now. As part of the Covid-19 shutdown, all evictions have been halted at least through April 30. Just today, the governor extended the shutdown through May 16. The courts will likely also extend the eviction moratorium through then as well, but check the court's website to confirm that.
