Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana
neighbor harrassment
my neighbor constantly harrasses me family , and my visitors who come over to my house. Police say she can't be arressted for being a bad neighbor. We stay in our own yard, so does our company . What can we do to stop her verbally attacking us? HELP. We have video survellence because she poisoned our cat, turns off out hot water heater and takes things from our yard to ''PROVE'' to police we are throwing things at her windshield. We only lived here for a month, we just bought this house. HELP can we do anything?

Go to small claims court to resolve problems such as these.
