parents

i am 17 years old in the state of louisiana. i will be 18 in 7 months..is it legal for me to move out of my parents home without there permission?

In Louisiana, you are an adult at 18 years old and you are free to live anywhere you want. The other side of that coin is that your parents' obligation to provide you with support also ends. So, you can move out and your parents can refuse to pay for you to move elsewhere.
