Poa
i wrote up an poa for my ex girlfriend giving her for power over my car and i was wandering can i cancel it, and how do i go revoking the poa.

You can revoke a power of attorney at any time. You should send written notice to her via certified mail, fax, or some other form that is traceable, informing her that you are cancelling the power of attorney. If there is a lien on the car (i.e., you pay a note on the car), you should inform your lender as well that you are revoking her authority.
