Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana
how do you protect a child who has add/adhd in the 4th grade. he is constantly being called names and is being threatend to be beat up. we have him on a behavior plan but it is not being enforced. i live in louisiana. just today he said a boy choked him. the boy told the teacher that craig hit him,but craig said he did not, this is one of the several boys who are haraassing craig.
