Teen Daughter in biniki contest

My teen daughter was in a biniki contest at a car show. They are now posting pictures and make a DVD which will include this contest. Are they allowed to do that, she did not sign anything or get asked her age

It does not matter whether she signed anything or not. She is a minor and she cannot legally enter into a contract anyway. You or her other parent would have had to have given your consent. You should be able to stop them from using her image in their video.

If your daughter is a minor, then you would have had to sign any contract or release for her. If she is 18+ then she could have signed for herself. Either way, they cannot make money off her image without her/your permission.
