How much time can someone serve for roberry/purse snatching under 50 dollars

Simple robbery = -0- to 7 years in prison and up to $3,000 fine.

Purse snatching = minimum 2 years up to 20 years in prison.

Does not matter whether you got a million dollars or a penny.
