I assume you meant to ask if it was OK to chaperon underage drinking at a party. You do what you want, but if it is against the law, and you are a major, then you become responsible for any law breaking by the minors. And, should a minor drive home drunk and kill themselves and/or others, you would really be in trouble. I do not understand adults willing to participate in law breaking with minors. Why not help them steal, or use cocaine?
