Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana

I was in a verbal altercation with my neighbor. I had to call the police because she was threating a physical fight. She disclosed private information that only the apartment manager should know. I am on Section 8 and the girl told me to �get my Section 8 a** back in the house.� After the police arrived the apartment manager and the girl both told the police that I was on section 8 and the girl paid $680 rent; like I am a second class citizen for being on Section 8. People are very harsh to others who are on any kind of assistance, as to why this information should remain private. I have lived in this apartment for seven years and have had trouble only one time before. I mind my own business. Instead of trying to find a solution, the manager told the police that I have not had neighbors for years and now I do. The manger stated that, �I don�t like to share,� which is false. The manager is new and does not know the facts. My question is can I sue the manager, girl, and apartment owner for invasion of privacy and discrimination?

You can sue whomever you want. What are the damages you suffered? What privacy was invaded? Either you are or are not on section 8. And how were you discriminated against?
