Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana
I work 2 jobs. One for a communications dealer while I have an office. I went into partnership with my boss on a limo. company. He has removed all of my files, business agreements, and personal planner from my desk that is located at the communications dealer...is this legal.?

People always ask what is "legal" or "illegal" in cases like this. The only laws that exist are those that say it is a crime to "steal" the property of another. If he did not have the right to take what he did, then he "stole" your property. And going into business with your boss is really unwise. If he can order you around in one business, what do you think will happen in the "side" business? You will never be his equal as long as he is the boss in your main job. What a mistake. Go see a lawyer is you fell you need to, but know you will lose your day job.
