Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Louisiana
wrongful termination
I was recently fired from my job after they were notified that i filed a charge with eeoc. Two weeks ago eeoc contacted me asking would i consider taking my job back, do you think it was my former employer who submitted that question to them and are they getting nervous now that things are progressing.

Re: wrongful termination
Reinstatement to an employee's former position is a common solution to an employment discrimination complaint. Many employees accept reinstatement, get paid the back wages and benefits they are entitled to, then resign the position promptly.
