Charging companies for unsolicited e-mails

I have received several e-mails after I replied that I would charge them $500.00 per email I received after that reply. This was done after I asked to be unsubscribed. I kept receiving the e-mails which led me to reply to them. I feel this is spam, as well as, harrassment.

If you can prove where the emails originated, then we might have a case here. But that is not often very easy to do.
