Legal Question in Technology Law in Louisiana
I got into an email argument with someone. She is now presenting my messages as evidence against me in a "harassment" case. I no longer have access to the account the emails were under. Is it legal for a party to "selectively" choose which messages to use as evidence or are they required to show all messages involved?

The rules of discovery would allow you to obtain all the relevant emails.
