Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Louisiana

Im 16 and i have my parents consent to be emancipated. I havent lived with them in 5 or 6 years and have lived a childrens home for 4 (which is where i currently reside) . If i get emancipated i will move out of the home and live with another family. I recently quit my job and will get another when i move in with the family. What are the steps to getting emancipated and what what else do i need to do to convince a judge to emancipate me.

You must petition the court for emancipation. You need to have a safety plan outlined to present to the judge and your parents will have to participate.
