Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Louisiana
I am 1 of 4 siblings, 2 of us have or fathers last name, I am one of those that doesn't have his name . we all have the same mother whom he did marry. Both parents are modesty but they're laying with Miller Lite lots of land gas is being taken out of it I'm told I have no right to my portion of the land because I don't have my father's last name the other two sibling who have his last name are about to receive millions of dollars soon as well as the rights that come with the land what are my rights what do I have to do to get my portion

You can contact a lawyer about forcing a DNA test and being recognized as your father'said child.
