Invasion of Privacy

I was in a clothing store trying clothes on and have recently been called to go down to the police station to identify myself on video, the creep that had the store had video cameras in the dressing rooms and was filming us unddressing and the tapes have been recently discovered in the trunk of his car, Is this not sick. I along with 2 other girls that i know of have identified ourselves on tape, How embarrasing. I know he taped a total of 204, but only the 3 of us so far have been identified. I wanted to know do we have a case as far as a lawsuit. The buissness is family owned and there are 2 other stores that i know of. He has been arrested and charged on several charges, and if we do have a case, how do we go about it and could you recomend a good lawyer. I live in Minden Louisiana.

First, I am sorry that you were taken advantage of by this person.

The district attorney will take care of prosecuting him. I'm guessing that you are considering filing a lawsuit.

I am sure there are many good lawyers near Minden. If nothing else Bossier City and Shreveport are nearby. Speak to your friends who have employed lawyers about their experiences, good and bad. Feel free to interview several lawyers and pick the person that you trust with your representation.
