Legal Question in Construction Law in Louisiana
In the state of Louisiana, if company 1 performed a scope of work within a period of time and completed that work all while being insured but were compensated for said work after their comp/liability went into default, are they still covered and does company 2 have the authority to charge company 1 for liab/comp by way of auditor?
