Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana
we bought a used car less than 24 hrs ago. heard noise brought back to dealership. said their mechanics checked and normal transmission noise. don't believe them. want to negate sale. they said that we can't. can we?

There is a 72 hour lemon law. If the vehicle is not suitable for the purpose sold, you may negate sale.
