Going out of Business Sale
Can a business post ''Going Out of Business'' signage, conduct a going out of business sale, and then not go out of business? Aren't there laws against this practice?

Without knowing all the details, it is hard to say whether the "sale" you describe falls under an unfair trade practice, a truth in advertising, a consumer fraud case, or was perfectly legal.
