Car accident air bags didnt work.

I had a 2008 Toyota Tundra. I went off the road and into a ditch going between 55, and 65 mph. The vehicle was totaled and i have a broken neck. The airbags never deployed. I want to know if I should do anything about this, or if I am just out of luck. I now have a ton of medical bills, and can't go to work.

I would give it a look. The investigation should reveal why they did not deploy, and then if they should have deployed whether they could have prevented the injuries you suffered. Now, if you were DWI, you may have some problems, but maybe not.
