Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana
What can i do about a car i bought on ebay from aguy in oklahoma, im from louisiana, the car was inaccurately described and its title was not on the sellers name which now cannot be transfered to me after it has been fully paid?

You will likely have to sue in Oklahoma. A Louisiana court would not have jurisdiction over him.
