Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana
Used car in previous accident
We purchased a used vehicle almost 6 monhts ago from a very reputable dealership. We asked outright if it had been involved in any accidents and were told ''No''. When we got the history of previous work done after we had an oil change we saw that 1 year ago the car had ''frame repair, body repair and paint repair''. The manager of the dealer is asking what he can do to make things right for us as we would not have purchased the car knowing it had been involved in a weck. Is there anything legal to fall back on here? What are our options?

If the dealer is willing to "do something" for you then tell them what you want. They misinformed you about the car.
