I opened a credit card as a fixed rate at 12.99% can a company whenever they want change the rate and now charge me 24.99%? How do I go about to make them refund my interest charges they tacked onto my acct? Do I have a case and what type of attorney handles this?

Re: Credit Card Company changing rate on acct
As with anything, read the proposal sent to you when you accepted the card.....USUALLY the company charges a fixed rate as an introductory rate and then it goes up after something like 3 or 6 months.....they cannot arbitrarily raise it....
