I had damage to my car ( cracked rim ) at SAMs club while they were putting a set of new tires on

First, document the incident and damages. Keep all records and take photos. Then, make a claim with the store manager. If they don't pay for the damage, file a small claim in the local justice of the peace court. You don't need a lawyer to do that and the loser pays the court costs.
