Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana
Can I file a lawsuit against a company for poor customer service? I have been to a couple different stores but get the same disrespectful treatment. I have also called their customer service line and filed a complaint against those stores for the poor customer service. I am trying to return an item purchased because of many repairs needed and because of the poor customer service they have shown me.
