Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana
My gym imposes a $10/month food and beverage minimum. I frequently forget to use it, but still pay for it. I was recently reviewing my statements and noticed that I have paid $90 in food and beverage minimum fees in the last year for which I have not received anything in return. Do I have any recourse to redeem this previously paid amount to receive food and beverages now?
