Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana
My husband and I purchased a Manufactured home in 2007, in 2008 we started having problems with the home leaking. It started by the front door, leaking around the door and into the light switch. It got so hot behind the light switch that the switch cover has melted and bowed away from the wall. Which is obviously a fire hazzard. We have had several other leaks, the mobile home dealer has fixed each one, but the problem now is it is leaking around the front door again, with the same problem occurin with the light switch. The people that come to fix it have fixed the problem but have not found the cause. Do we have any legal standing for this? My other question is what type of lawyer to we contact? Thank you for any help you can provide.

An attorney who practices general civil law can handle this. You were sold a defective product.
