Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana
Can a local dealership demand me to return my vehicle I purchase with them that I financed through them and after I left a bad review because my vehicle axle broke off after I have taken my vehicle back to the car lot to have it serviced and they said that there was nothing wrong with it. I just got the car fixed and I received a demand letter stating I need to return my vehicle in 10 days or they will file that I stole the vehicle.

If you are paying the note and all as per the agreement, they can't make you return the car just because you left a bad review. If they falsely advise you of stealing the car, they could be liable to you for defamation, false arrest, filing a false police report, and several other things
