Louisiana interest rate cap
i was wanted to know what the interest rate cap was for personal lonas, finacnce companies, car loans etc.? iwas told it was 9.60%?

There is no cap. Congress in its infinite wisdom divested individual states of the power to set such caps and chose as well not to set caps, so ultimately creditors may choose to charge whatever interest rate they desire.
