I just went to a Mc Donalds and found 2 roaches in my sweet tea after i had already drank half of it. What should i do?

You can file suit against them. While it is certainly disgusting, the amount of money you can recover is relatively low, as there is no serious or permanent injury involved. You can file a suit in small claims court for up to $3,000 in city court and up to $5,000 in justice of the peace courts. I doubt the claim is worth anything beyond those amounts.
