Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana
we have mold in the mobile home we bought about 2 years ago we brought the problem to the attention of the company we bought it from and the manufactures and gave them the opportunity to fix it the company we bought it from took responsibility for the problem saying it was because the home wasnt origionally set up correctly so we let them come out and do what they said was going to fix it and now the mold is begining to come out again.

You will need to bring all of your paperwork and go to an attorney. You only have a certain amount of time to file suit and it may be past that time.
