Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana
took to much money of of checking account for bill after being advised not too
Had my COX CABLE BILL taken from my checking account.
Leaned the day before they removed the money that they were
taking too much. Called on the phone and advised on the internet about the problem. NO RESPONSE. They took the wrong amount about $14.00 which caused my checking account to BLOW UP with overdrafts and return check fees.
can i sue them?
