Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana
Have a Notarized Bill of Sale for an ATV that was a cash purchase from a women in Baton Rouge. She claimed at the time that she could not locate the Title but would order a duplicate and send by mail. After numerous attempts to contact her she finally responds today stating that she did not recall at the time of sale but the Title was tied up in a Loan. This wa 6 months ago. Can I force a refund of purchase price since Ican not get the Title and how would I do so?
