Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana
online puppy sale - dog has mange
I recently bought a pug puppy online and was required to sign a contract which unfortunately turned out to be a ''you can't sue me for anything'' contract. The puppy has mange, the breeder refused to refund part or all of the dog's price. I would like to set a web site that uses part of her web site's name so that potential buyers would see mine when they go to hers. I would like to post pictures of the pup and her intimidating emails. Can I do this without getting sued? Breeder is in Kentucky and I am in Louisiana.
