Ophthalmologists

My ophthalmologist prescribed the wrong eye wear causing my eye sight to become worse. He has since died but his practice remains open. Do I have a lawsuit against the practice?

You may, but you do not say when he prescribed the eye wear and when you discovered the worsening of your eyesight. You need to speak with a malpractice attorney.
