Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana
i purchased a home alarm system and stipulated with the company that i want to make payment via draft from my bank savings account, which is also checked in the box on my contract with them as form of payment. They are unable to draft from my account for some reason. Am i still bound to that contract? Do i have any recourse of action since they are not fulfilling their contractual agreement?
